I would like to sign my child up for the following activity clubs
I am aware that each class costs £5 per child per session. I agree to pay this in advance of the clubs starting.
Once places have been allocated, the charges will be put on Eduspot. There are 6 weeks in the next term (we finish on Thursday 28th March) Therefore Friday clubs will only be 5 weeks long
Club payments from this term MUST be cleared before signing up to a new club for next term. Thank you
