Wouldham All Saints Church of England Primary School always wish to provide a warm welcome to our visitors.
In current times we need to ensure only those visitors who are absolutely essential come into the school.
Is your visit absolutely essential? Can your 'business' be done remotely? Can it be delayed until less social distancing is required?
How many places have you been to recently? Are you a high risk of transmitting the virus to our school?
Please consider the impact that having the virus brought into our school would have on a large number of families, further disrupting our children's education in what has already been a challenging year. Do you really need to come here?
If there is no alternative to a 'live' visit then please be aware of the following protocols...
- Do not come to the school if you have had any Covid-19 symptoms or had close contact with anybody who is infected
- You MUST have the NHS track and trace app installed on your phone and you must scan the school QR code on entry.
- Complete the visitor sign in screen and include your accurate contact details.
- Follow good hand hygiene practice - use the available hand gel, wash hands frequently, avoid touching surfaces and items.
- Wear a face mask if requested.
- Avoid close contact (less than 2m) with school staff and puils - unless absolutely essential for the purposes of your visit.
- Be prepared to conduct your visit outdoors - if possible.
- Avoid school drop off and collection times for your visit - (8:30 to 9:15am and 2:45 to 3:30pm).
- Sorry - we can't provide you with a drink or any school equipment during your visit.
- Our car park has a barrier control. On arrival, please call the office on 01634 861434 to ask to be let in. Alternatively, park opposite the front of the school and enter via the pedestrian gate.
Thank you for your co-operation in keeping everybody safe.
